Terms & Information Checklist
Regarding Postage:
- Make sure that your delivery address is 100% correct.
- Deliveries usually take 4 - 15 working days to arrive at any international destination.
- Due to the worlds current political climate, Custom Agencies can hold mail for up to 8 weeks due to security measures.
- If no one is home when Aquadaks are delivered, local postal guidelines will apply.
- In the process where goods are not delivered to you within the stipulated postage delivery guidelines, Aquadaks will endeavour to communicate this to you through email.

Regarding Monies:
- All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of G.S.T (Goods and Services Tax) for Australian residents only. International customers are exempt from G.S.T.
- Overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur are not included in the purchase and postal price.
- Home currency rates are indicative, based on current exchange rates.
- The total transaction amount may vary slightly once your order is debited to your credit card (If your choice of payment is to debit your credit card), based on the exchange rate used by your credit card company.
Regarding Exchanges:
- Customers can exchange a garment when (1) the garment is faulty, or (2) the sizing is wrong.
- Aquadaks that you wish to exchange must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in perfect condition. If the garment has been worn or damaged in any way, the cost will not be refunded.
- Once the garment has been received by Aquadaks a replacement garment will be shipped as a replacement without charge.
- If items are not returned to Aquadaks within 21 days of receipt the customer will be charged.
- The total amount for the returned items will be refunded to the card holders original credit card debit in Australian dollars.
Regarding Sizing
Our initial range is made from a versatile, resilient Lycra that adapts nicely to the bodies shape. Please refer to the sizing chart for specifications when ordering as well as to the terms of exchange if you require a different size after your initial order has arrived.
Regarding Stock
Within the sizing drop down box XL, L, M, or S, of the colour you wish to purchase, a message will read "Out of Stock" when Aquadaks no longer has stock. Aquadaks apologises for any inconvenience caused and encourages clients to regularly check back for updated information.
Regarding Fraud
Aquadaks chooses the right to terminate, cross reference, or require additional information, when ascertaining a clients credit card details validity where Aquadaks is suspicious for whatever reason . Especially, from credit card transactions originating from Nigeria, Indonesia and Eastern Europe, where unfortunately a disproportionate level of credit card fraud exists.
Material Used to make Aquadaks:
The material used to make a pair of Aquadaks is a lycra produced by Carvico Prime Technology and has up to 4.5 times the chlorine resistance of ordinary elastane along with a hefty UPF 50+ sun protection. Also, the dyes used achieve the highest colour fastness values while meeting the Oko Tex Standard 100.

2) Do you accept overseas orders?
Aquadaks prides itself when delivering it's Australian made products to international shores. Please refer to the shipping charges under the shopping section to accurately ascertain costs involved in international delivery.
3) Safety over the Internet?

4) Is credit card payment the only option for payment?
Absolutely not! Customers can opt to post a bank cheque along with a completed order form, (PO Box 842, Macleod VIC 3085) or send a bank transfer. Customers can also call directly and quote credit card details over the phone (+61 3 9457 4488), or they can fax through a completed order form to (+61 3 8612 3665 ). Finally, Australian residents can post an Australian Post money order if they prefer. Once funds have cleared, Aquadaks will then ship your order.
5) Can I get a refund or exchange a pair of Aquadaks?
If you receive a pair of Aquadaks and decide you have made a mistake you can get a refund. You can also exchange a pair of Aquadaks if the garment is faulty. Or, you may exchange a pair of Aquadaks if the sizing is wrong. Please refer to the 'Terms & Information Checklist' for further details regarding exchanges refunds.
